Provided that the Sector 2 Ass’n was responsible for maintenance of the bricked section of the street at the entrance to The Bluff. This responsibility transferred to the City of Mukilteo on March 1, 2016, after the Association paid for the pavers to be replaced by asphalt paving per the City’s specifications. The City recorded a Termination and release of Declaration of Covenant on April 30, 2016, document # 20160303041. |
