CC&Rs specific to Sector 2 and its HOA (These are the ones that guide our current HOA operations.)

It applies specifically to Sector 2 of the Harbour Point development.  It references the -148 Declaration, says that Sector 2 remains subject to it, and adds building restrictions,  the Building Envelope Study, and view corridor and related landscaping provisions.

It sets up separate homeowners’ ass’n’s for several sectors, including Sector 2.  It references a number of prior declarations, including -148 and -309[1], and provides that they shall remain in effect for the Sectors but be amended as set forth in this new declaration, which appears to cover all the same topics covered by -148.

[1] Declarations -267 and -034 are also cited. Declaration -169 concerns Sector 6 only. Richard Potter do not have copies of the others that are cited (-149, -256, and -257).

Provided that the Sector 2 Ass’n was responsible for maintenance of the bricked section of the street at the entrance to The Bluff.

This responsibility transferred to the City of Mukilteo on March 1, 2016, after the Association paid for the pavers to be replaced by asphalt paving per the City’s specifications.  The City recorded a Termination and release of Declaration of Covenant on April 30, 2016, document # 20160303041.
