Articles of Incorp. & By Laws
The governing documents of the Harbour Pointe Sector 2 Homeowners Association (HOA) (“The Bluff”) consist of:
- Declarations of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs), recorded with Snohomish County
- Articles of Incorporation as a nonprofit corporation, filed with the Washington Secretary of State
- Bylaws, which are not filed with any government agency.
These were all prepared in the early to mid-1980’s by the developer of Harbour Pointe, Daon Corporation at first, later BCE Development, Inc.
