Welcome to the website of the Harbour Pointe Sector 2 Homeowners’ Association – also called The Bluff.
We are a thirty-eight Home Owners' Association in Harbour Pointe Sector 2 in the City of Mukilteo. All of our homes have a "Marine View Drive" address overlooking beautiful Puget Sound, Whidbey Island, Possession Sound, Olympic Mountains, Mukilteo-Clinton Ferry, and Big Gulch Ravine. All single-family homes are custom built and on a very quiet street.The picturesque waterfront community of Mukilteo has been rated as one of the Best Small Towns by Money Magazine more than once. Money magazine also stated "Mukilteo also happens to be drop-dead gorgeous, with views of Puget Sound, the Olympic Mountains, and the Cascades. More reasons to love it: top-notch schools and low property taxes."
